- 1. Can I buy a car as a private car buyer?

Yes, but we don't know the law of your country regarding this. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer.
Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process. - 2. Can I buy a car/cars which are not listed on your stock list?
- Yes, you can. Please send us "INQUIRY"
- 3. Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?

No, we don't give any warranty, but we disclose any interior/exterior damage, the distance the car has been driven, etc.
We report this information in accordance with our vehicle grading system (Inspection Grade) by our inspector after doing general maintenance, so you can understand the condition of the car you are buying.
- 1. How to make payment?

We basically accept all payment via bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), but we accept letter of credit (L/C) by customers from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
We don't accept any other payment. - 2. Where to send payment?
- Visit "Company Profile" page to get bank account information.
- 3. Do you accept Credit Cards?
- Credit card payment is currently NOT available.
- 4. Do you deal with foreign currencies?
- Currently, you can pay in either Japanese Yen or US Dollar. If you would like to pay in other currencies, please contact us.
- 5. What are your payment terms?

Payments must be made in either Japanese YEN or US dollar by T/T.
Payments must be done within 2 business days from the INVOICE date.
If not, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- 1. Can I insure my shipment?
- Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, but if you inform us of your wish to insure your shipment during the order process, we can add insurance for you at an extra charge.
- 2. How long it will take for the car to reach us?

It may take about 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination, after car leaves Japanese port. We use best shipping company for destination port as per services.
We have tie-up with different shipping companies for different destination ports. - 3. What documents we will receive?

We will send you following documents :
1. Bill of Lading
2. Insurance expiration letter (this will NOT be included if your order is C&F or FOB )
3. Inspection Certificate (if "Pre-export Inspection" is required by your Government)
4. Export Certificate (or "Cancellation of Registration" / "De-registration" Certificate)
5. Invoice(s)You will receive these documents by Express (Postal) Mail or Courier.

4. What are "Consignee," "Notify Party" and "Documents Destination Address"?
Who should I assign for these categories? Can I fill the same information for all fields? -
01. Consignee : Owner-to-be of the vehicle you purchased -- this will be on your B/L
02. Notify Party: Person who receives the notice of ship's arrival -- this will be on your B/L
03. Documents Destination Address: DHL/EMS address (this will NOT be on your B/L)And YES, all of the 3 categories can be the same person and address, but we need CORRECT INFORMATION (Full Name, Full Address and Phone Number) for ALL OF THE ABOVE at the Time of Your Payment.
After re-confirming the above with you, we will book your vehicle on the ship sailing to the port of your conveniences.
