Is duty, tax (VAT), and clearing charge included in the price?: Duty, VAT, and clearing charge for your country is not included in the price. It must be paid by you or via an agent of your choice in your country. For more information on duty and tax in Zimbabwe please refer to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority.
* City Delivery to Harare prices include the Zimbabwe clearing charge.

Can I still use BE FORWARD City Delivery service even if I did not pay for it when I purchased my vehicle from BE FORWARD?: Yes, you can contact AVECS or BE FORWARD TANZANIA and make the payment to them for the City Delivery service.

Will I have to pay more tax if I use your City Delivery service to Harare?: The amount of tax is the same to Beitbridge or Harare. We provide a detailed INVOICE to make it clear for the Tax Authority. For example, the City Delivery cost from Beitbridge to Harare can be deducted from the tax calculation.

Will BE FORWARD agents contact me once my documents are dispatched from BE FORWARD to them?: Our official agent, AVECS or BE FORWARD TANZANIA, will contact you after they receive your documents from BE FORWARD.
