- Once you receive the invoice for the vehicle please print it and provide it to your bank and request for transfer or PayPal. All account details are mentioned on the invoice.
- How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?
- After the payment confirmation, it will take around 4 to 7 weeks depending on the location and the available shipping conditions.
- How can I find clearing agent?
- Please contact us if you cannot find clearing agent then we can send you service that we have relationship with.
- What is an ISF (Importer Security Filing)?
- ISF form is a document detailing of your shipment such as importer & Supplier contact information.
This information must be forwarded to your custom broker for filing with U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP). - Does BE FORWARD provide ISF?
- We do not provide filling.
ISF need to be filled by Importer, owner, purchaser, consignee or agent such as licensed custom broker. - How will I be able to track my vehicle?
- Once your payment is confirmed in our account, we will send you a URL link called the CAP (Car Arrival Progress) link for your car. This link will provide you all the updates regarding your vehicle.
- Can you show me the condition of the vehicle?
- We provide up to 30 detailed pictures and auction sheet of the vehicle to help with your buying decision. You can also ask your representative about more of the vehicles' details.
- Can I buy cars directly from the auction?
- Yes. We have a very user-friendly auction order system.
- Are your cars in running condition?
- All our vehicles are in running condition as the shipping company has to drive the vehicle up to the ship. If any vehicle cannot run we cannot ship the vehicle.
