The Chevrolet Spark is a snappy and lightweight city car that was originally marketed as the Daewoo Matiz. The Chevrolet brand of GM Korea took over production starting in 2002 when Daewoo became GM's Korean division. Designed with a compact body, the Spark is perfect for city dwellers looking for a vehicle that is easy to maneuver in small spaces. It offers a five-door hatchback body across each of its four generations, with diesel and petrol engine sizes varying from 0.8L to 1.4L. The fourth-generation 2015 model year of the Spark receives an 84 hp 1.2L inline four-cylinder engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission with optional CVT. Fuel efficiency clocks in at 14.9 km/l.
