Q1Is there any fees to register and get rewarded?: No, there is no fee. You can register for free and get rewarded by simply answering the surveys.
Q2What kind of surveys do you offer?: Most of them are online surveys. We also have interview surveys.
Q3How do I receive the surveys?: The online surveys are sent by email (newsletter), so please make sure you can receive email from survey@beforward.jp
For the interview surveys, the potential participants are contacted by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Q4How often do I receive the surveys?: The surveys are sent based on your profile (country, city, gender, age etc.), so each registrants will receive different types of surveys in different frequency.
Q5How much can I get rewarded by answering a survey?: The Reward Points differ for each survey. Each survey email shows how much you can get rewarded.
Q6How can I use the Reward Points?: The Reward Points can be used for your purchase of BE FORWARD vehicles or BE FORWARD Auto Parts. Please find more details ici.
Q7Can I give my Reward Points to someone else?: No, you can not give your Reward Points to others.
