Can I make a payment at your certified local offices?

ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE DIRECTLY TO BE FORWARD JAPAN. Making payments to our certified local offices will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
BE FORWARD JAPAN will not be responsible for any extra cost or loss from your payments made to certified local offices.

What are FOB, C&F and CIF Prices?

FOB: The cost of a vehicle only
C&F: FOB + Freight (Shipment)
CIF: FOB + Freight (Shipment) + Marine Insurance

Is duty and tax included in the price?

Duty, VAT and Clearing in Egypt is not included in the price. It must be paid by your or via an agent of your choice at the border of your country. Our local agent can help you estimate the cost. City delivery prices include the clearing charge.

Do you deliver the car directly to me in my city?

Yes, we recommend using our City Delivery Service. You can save time and hassle! Please select your nearest delivery destination when making an inquiry from our website. We can also calculate the cost including delivery service at our sales office.

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?

After the payment confirmation, it will take around 4 to 6 weeks depending on the location and the available shipping conditions.

Can you show me the condition of the vehicle?

We provide up to 30 detailed pictures of the vehicle to help with your buying decision. You can also ask your representative about more of the vehicles' details.
