The Kia K7, also known as the Cadenza, redefines modern luxury with its wealth of standard features. Launched in 2010, the full-size executive sedan replaces the Opirus, and is now in its 2nd generation. K7s of the maiden generation come with a 2.4L inline four-cylinder or one of four V6 six-cylinder engines with capacities of 2.7L, 3.0L, 3.3L or 3.5L. For its second generation, the K7 receives one of eight engines, which include a 3.5L 286 hp Lambda II MPI V6 six-cylinder (released in 2020), a 3.3L 266hp Lambda II MPI V6 six-cylinder, a 3.3L 280hp Lambda II GDI V6 six-cylinder and a 2.4L 197 hp hybrid gasoline inline four-cylinder.
For its 2017 model year, the K7 receives standard features like a dual-zone climate control, push-button start, proximity key, eight-speaker sound system and a UVO infotainment system complete with 7-inch touch screen, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a USB port, HD Radio, and satellite radio. Standard safety features include head and side airbags for driver and passenger, rear side and head airbags, and a rearview camera. Lane change assist, lane departure warning, autonomous emergency braking and more are available as add-on options.
