How to Pay?

Once you receive the invoice for the vehicle please print it and provide it to your bank and request for transfer or PayPal. All account details are mentioned on the invoice. See details. https://www.beforward.jp/support/payment

How to Buy?

You can purchase BE FORWARD vehicles online or at our sales offices. You can also select payment methods from direct T/T to Japan or at our local office. https://www.beforward.jp/support/how-to-buy

How will I be able to track my vehicle?

Once your payment is confirmed in our account, we will send you a URL link called the CAP (Car Arrival Progress) link for your car. This link will provide you all the updates regarding your vehicle.

What documents am I supposed to receive from BE FORWARD regarding my shipment?

You, as an importer, are supposed to receive the following documents:

1. Bill of Lading (B/L)
2. Insurance Document (if your purchase is CIF)
3. Export Certificate (also called the “Deregistration Certificate” or “Cancellation of Registration” form)
4. Commercial Invoice

If your government requires, we will also send you the following:

5. Inspection Certificate
6. Export Permit (also called the “Bill of Entry”)

Can you show me the condition of the vehicle?

We provide up to 30 detailed pictures of the vehicle to help with your buying decision.
