Both the Coupe and Sedan under the 2011 Hyundai Genesis nameplate offer stylish and high-performance solutions to the conscientious buyer. The 2011 Genesis Coupe features a bold Z line along its sides that give it a unique and sporty look, while the Sedan looks every bit the large and sophisticated executive 4 door car. Under the hood of the Coupe is a 2.0L turbocharged inline four-cylinder or a 3.8L V6 engine that dish out 210 hp and 306 hp. Both engine models come standard with six-speed manual transmission, with a five-speed and six-speed automatic transmission available for the 2.0L and 3.8L, respectively. The Sedan version comes with a 3.8L V6 (six-cylinder) or 4.6L V8 (eight-cylinder) engine that make 290 hp and 378 hp, and are mated with a six-speed automatic transmission. Fuel efficiency is estimated at around 9.35 km/l for the Sedan and 10.6 km/l for the Coupe.
Standard features for both versions include power windows, locks, mirrors, and speakers with iPod and USB connectivity. Safety features common to both are front seat-mounted side airbags, side-curtain bags, active head restraints, anti-lock brakes with brake assist, and stability control. A joy to drive and to look at, the 2011 Hyundai Genesis is available here at BE FORWARD now!
