INSIGHT

The Honda Insight is a compact and lightweight model that aims to set the standard when it comes to fuel efficiency. The design is focused on reducing air resistance for fuel economy as well. This hybrid system was first introduced as a 2 passenger compact hatchback coupe. Starting 2009, Honda changed things a bit by making it a 5 passenger sedan with rear and back doors for ease of access and utility. It is powered by a 1.3L gasoline engine with a very unique Ecological Drive Assist System that aims to push fuel efficiency much further. The standard transmission is CVT and MT is available only until 2006. The standard drive system is the front wheel drive system.
