Upload Bank Slip
You don't have to worry anymore weather or not your vehicle is securely reserved, even when Japan Office is closed!
Upload Bank Slip (TT copy) from My Account Page once you make payment.
The reservation of your item will be extended automatically.
HOW TO UPLOAD BANK SLIP AFTER PAYMENT

Step1.Login to My Account Page and view Proforma Invoice List

Step2.Find the item you have paid for, and click "Upload Bank Slip"

Step3.Upload Bank Slip or screenshot in case of online payment for the selected item and click "Upload" JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, TIFF format is allowed. (Max Limit: 30MB)

1)The bank slip must clearly show the payment amount and Bank Stamp.

2)Uploading the wrong/unclear/fake bank slip may result in cancellation of reservation and penalty, which prevents you from using this feature on your future order.

3)You can upload the bank slip for the selected item only once.
Completed! The reservation of your item will be extended additional 24 hours until
BE FORWARD Japan approves it.

Change Consignee
Now you can change the consignee information yourself anytime you want. Save your time!
HOW TO CHANGE CONSIGNEE INFORMATION

Step1.Login to My Account Page and view Proforma Invoice List

Step2.Find the item you would like to change the consignee information of and click "Change Consignee"
* The change can be made on My Account only BEFORE a Bank Slip (TT-copy) is received. If you need to change the info after a Bank Slip (TT-copy) has been received, please contact us by email: top@beforward.jp

Step3.Enter the new Consignee Information and click "Continue"

Step4.Review the information and click “Save” if the information is correct.
Completed! Now you can download Proforma Invoice with new
consignee information from My Account Page.

Track Shipment
Track your items and check real time shipping schedules! You can find the shipping.
The items are lined up per vessel and shipping schedule, so it is easy to find the status of each item even if you purchased a number of vehicles at once, Click the CAP link and login from your email.
You can check the shipping status in a matter of seconds!
